Candidly I would state that the location and the property are amazing. The house keeping, front office and staff at restaurant are very well behaved. Now I would evaluate it on the terms of tariff charges, the rooms are affordable and the food is value for money but if you want a chic place to stay it's not for you. I personally like to stay here whenever I am in the town as the view is mesmerising.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It’s Very nice hotel located near Jal Mahal ( Lake Palace). Room was neat and clean specially bathroom. Staff were very helpful and specially front desk manager. Room service was very prompt. We had an amazing candle light dinner at roof top (with a nice view of Lake Palace and mountains) and Buffet Breakfast in the morning was really delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed January 2015, travelled as a couple

Stayed for 3 nights and found hotel to be as close to perfection as possible. Lobby, restaurants & lake view (from terrace). Staff was consistently attentive & helpful. Our room was very clean and well decorated. Bathroom was all we could ask for. peaceful location and most of the monuments are within close proximity.
